Each of the bedrooms are supplied with linens and towels, with bathrooms that are supplied with Tommy Bahama starter kit including Shampoo, Conditioner and soaps.
Bedrooms feature 4 Master en-suites with King beds, one Queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Kids will enjoy 2 themed Double Bunk bedrooms (each sleeping 4), the kid’s rooms share a full bathroom.
After a long day at the parks, relax and enjoy the enclosed 30x15 freeform heated saline pool and watch the kids play in the Mickey Mouse shaped kiddie pool while you soak in the heated spa. For those who enjoy basking in the sun, the outdoor 22x11 patio is for you. The website does not do this place justice! Especially with all the upgrades and backyard additions. We could not have been happier. :)
The Palm View Estate (formally Pooh's Paradise) was a great rental choice for our group of 16 to include 8 small children.

The Palm View Estate (formally Pooh's Paradise) was a great rental choice for our group of 16 to include 8 small children. Upon our arrival the home was very clean and tidy and was in very close proximity to grocery stores, shopping and most important for us the Disney Parks. We would definately recommend this property again.

Our stay at The Palm View Estate (formally Pooh Paradise) was amazing! Location was perfect not to far from the parks which we did spend a lot of time in with our kids & grandkids. We felt so at home the house and pool where so clean & fresh and the space for a crowd of 16 was perfect!. We would recommend Pooh's Paradise to everyone. One thing I would would like to suggest: a small beverage fridge in the games room, we did do a lot of BBQ'ing because we wanted to hang around the pool, and with 16 people the fridge did get full way to fast. A place we ate at several times is the Golden Correl buffet so much to choice from! excellent prices not far from the house! There are so many gift stores around the area a lot cheaper than the parks... We will have Beautiful Memiories for a Life Time~

This was our first family vacation to the United States.Their were 13 of us all together and we had a wonderful trip. We had never booked a trip before so I was very nervous especially when I had never seen the house and didn't know the area or had never met the owners. Jon the owner was very helpful and patient with me for my many e-mails and phone calls. This home was incredible their was lots of room and it was close to everything and in a beautiful area. Everything was as described. I had a sink tap leaking and called Malculm the caretaker of the place and he came right over and fixed it. He also showed us around the house and gave very useful advice and answered alot of questions, his wife was very pleasant and helpful too. I did not dislike anything other than 10 days was not long enough. The grandchildren want to go back and live there and loved the house and want to return. I am so glad I rented the house rather than staying at Disney. My grandson lost his Dsi game and we had to leave without it as you can imagine he was devestated. I had left a note and his address for Malculm to send it if he found it not thinking we would see it again. Thank you Malculm He received it in the mail today. His whole school is hearing about this and you have made his trip as beautiful as it gets.

What a great place to stay!! Spacious, well furnished, immaculate, secure, close to shopping and close to Disney. Three generations gathered for a one week stay to celebrate a 68th birthday and upcoming retirement with ages ranging from sixty-eight to eight. All had a great time! The four master bedrooms with private baths were perfect for the couples with plenty other bedrooms and baths for the children. The pool was a perfect end to a long hot day with comfortable outdoor seating and dining area for family gathering while the children swam. We have raved about the luxury accommodations to friends and families and shared pictures. Highly recommended!

Deposit Policy
If we charged you a security deposit, it will be released to you within 10 after your departure providing there are no damage claims/charges against your stay. In some cases, the Landlord may place a HOLD / Pre-Authorization on your card 10 days prior to you check-in. This HOLD shall remain in place for the duration of your stay, and until the management company inspects the home for damage or loss. Please refer to your booking agreement and invoice for details.
The inspection of the property shall occur immediately following your prompt departure. If you choose to purchase Accidental Damage Insurance (provided PRIOR to your booking) there shall be no need for us to place a HOLD on your card, nor shall we charge a refundable $500-$750 Security Deposit.
